Director of Partner Programs, ISSI
Over the past two years the cloud industry has experienced a revolution in artificial intelligence as features and functionality such as generative AI spur enormous innovation and opportunities. ISSI has followed a parallel trajectory with our artificial intelligence domain expertise and offerings. In joint development with the hyperscale cloud providers, ISSI is developing criteria to assess partners to ensure alignment with industry best practices. As the only company entrusted with validating AI differentiation programs across all major hyperscalers, ISSI continues to lead the way in artificial intelligence partner validation.
AI has become a top priority across the partner ecosystem, and partners are seeing those returns on investments within their businesses, both in the services and solutions they provide to customers and using AI to improve their own sustainability practices.
With the expansion of AI practices, partners are looking for help to ensure their AI practices fit the needs of customers as well as their own business models. That's where ISSI can help.
The heart of our success is our dedicated team of multi-cloud AI experts. The ISSI team of auditors and consultants has grown in tandem with increasing demand for partner differentiation programs within the channel. With professionals based in over 30 countries and fluent in more than 20 languages, we offer unparalleled global support for our clients. Since the start of 2023 alone, ISSI has conducted more than 300 AI and Machine Learning validations for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. ISSI has co-developed AI workshops with cloud providers through sessions that are delivered to either partner organizations directly, or within the cloud companies via partner-facing resources such as Partner Development Managers or Partner Account Managers.
Education is key to empowering cloud partners to succeed in the AI-driven future. In partnership with hyperscalers, ISSI has co-developed a series of AI-focused workshops that equip organizations with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively implement AI solutions. These sessions cover critical areas such as AI validation best practices, ethical considerations, strategies to leverage AI for innovation and growth, and how to achieve an AI Competency or Specialization.
As part of our ongoing commitment to advancing AI best practices, ISSI is in the process of establishing an AI Center of Excellence. This center will serve as a hub for research, development, and innovation in AI technologies. By bringing together our experts and resources, we aim to share insights with the partner ecosystem and ensure that our clients can confidently adopt and implement AI solutions.
The journey to successful AI implementation is complex. With our extensive experience in AI audits, long-standing partnerships with hyperscalers, and commitment to education and support, we are well-equipped to guide organizations through this transformative process.
