Julie Drysdale

Julie Drysdale, Founder

Drysdale has over 15 years experience in management consulting and business system development. Before joining ISSI, Drysdale was founder and CEO of Drysdale Consulting, focusing on business system improvement and certification to international and industry standards. Clients included Lexar Media, Novellus Systems, KLA-Tencor, Technicolor, Finisar Corporation, NetLogic Microsystem and Systron-Donner.

Prior to running her own business, Drysdale was a principal consultant at Business System Architects, where she developed and authored one of the country’s only RAB-Accredited Training courses and served a wide range of clients.

Drysdale’s areas of expertise include management system design and implementation, business process improvement and program development. Drysdale has been instrumental in the creation and publication of industry-leading channel partner program requirements, and has established and manages worldwide customer audit programs.

Drysdale is also co-author of the business books “Never Give Up, Never Give In” and “Problem Solving for Entrepreneurs”.

 

 

Ken McKinnon

McKinnon as co-founder of ISSI has more than 20-years experience in Information Technology. Prior to founding ISSI, McKinnon was founder and CEO of a $90M Cisco Systems Gold Reseller. As a former Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert and CEO, McKinnon brings real-life experience to clients. McKinnon has recently held leadership positions at Cisco Systems, Barracuda Networks, Loral Space Systems, Douglas Aircraft Company and half a dozen start-up companies. McKinnon was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. 

McKinnon has a passion for Network Management especially when delivered with Software-as-as-Service (SaaS) models and remains active in many companies as a Managed Services Practice consultant specializing in business processes and tools. In addition, McKinnon has knowledge and experience in:
