Challenge

Marway faced increasing requests from customers to upgrade from the more generic ISO 9001 to the aerospace industry standard for Quality Management Systems, AS 9100. Their goal was to achieve this transition in the quickest and most cost-effective way possible, while also upgrading the quality of their documentation to emphasize a process-focused system.

AS 9100 Implementation

ISSI helped Marway redesign their Quality Management System documentation to better reflect their process orientation, and to streamline the overall documentation. After this was completed, the task of implementing the additional requirements for AS 9100 was rapidly completed, with the result of successful registration to this specialized standard.
